Job 31:24-25

24 a“If I have made gold my btrust
or called cfine gold my confidence,
25if I have drejoiced because my wealth was abundant
or because emy hand had found much,

Psalms 17:14

14from men by your hand, O Lord,
from fmen of the world whose gportion is in this life.
Or  from men whose portion in life is of the world

You fill their womb with treasure;
Or As for your treasured ones, you fill their womb

they are satisfied with jchildren,
and they leave their abundance to their infants.

Psalms 49:6-7

6those who ktrust in their wealth
and boast of the abundance of their riches?
7Truly no man lcan ransom another,
or mgive to God nthe price of his life,

Psalms 52:7

7See the man who would not make
God his refuge,
but otrusted in the abundance of his riches
and sought refuge in his own destruction!”

rif riches increase, set not your heart on them.

Proverbs 11:28

28Whoever strusts in his riches will fall,
but the righteous will tflourish like a green leaf.

11 uA rich man’s wealth is his strong city,
and like a high wall in his imagination.

Proverbs 23:5

5When your eyes light on it, it is gone,
vfor suddenly it sprouts wings,
flying like an eagle toward heaven.
