I Am the Light of the World

12 ^bAgain Jesus spoke to them, saying, ^c“I am the light of the world. Whoever ^dfollows me will not ^ewalk in darkness, but will have the light of life.”

John 12:35-36

35 So Jesus said to them, ^f“The light is among you ^gfor a little while longer. ^hWalk while you have the light, lest darkness ⁱovertake you. ^jThe one who walks in the darkness does not know where he is going. 36 While you have the light, believe in the light, that you may become ^ksons of light.”

The Unbelief of the People

When Jesus had said these things, he departed and hid himself from them.

Ephesians 5:8-14

Revelation of John 21:23-24

23 And the city ^zhas no need of sun or moon to shine on it, for ^aathe glory of God gives it light, and its lamp is the Lamb. 24 By its light ^abwill the nations walk, and the kings of the earth ^acwill bring their glory into it,
