Job 36:26-33

26Behold, God is great, and we aknow him not;
the number of his byears is unsearchable.
27For he draws up the drops of water;
they distill his cmist in drain,
28which ethe skies pour down
and drop on mankind abundantly.
29Can anyone understand fthe spreading of the clouds,
the thunderings of his gpavilion?
30Behold, he scatters his lightning about him
and covers the roots of the sea.
31For by these he hjudges peoples;
he gives ifood in abundance.
32He covers his jhands with the lightning
and commands it to strike the mark.
33Its crashing declares his presence;
Hebrew  declares concerning him

the cattle also declare that he rises.

Job 37:13

13Whether for lcorrection or for his mland
or for nlove, he causes it to happen.

Job 38:34-38

34 “Can you lift up your voice to the clouds,
that oa flood of waters may cover you?
35Can you send forth lightnings, that they may go
and say to you, ‘Here we are’?
36Who has pput wisdom in qthe inward parts
Or  in the ibis

or given understanding to the mind?
Or rooster

37Who can number the clouds by wisdom?
Or who can tilt the waterskins of the heavens,
38when the dust runs into a mass
and tthe clods stick fast together?

Psalms 135:7

7 uHe it is who makes the clouds rise at the end of the earth,
who vmakes lightnings for the rain
and brings forth the wind from his wstorehouses.

Amos 9:7
