Job 42:10-12

The Lord Restores Job’s Fortunes

10And the Lord arestored the fortunes of Job, when he had prayed for his friends. And the Lord gave Job btwice as much as he had before. 11Then came to him all his cbrothers and sisters and all who had dknown him before, and ate bread with him in his house. And they eshowed him sympathy and comforted him for all the evil

that the Lord had brought upon him. And each of them gave him ga piece of money

and ia ring of gold.

12And the Lord blessed jthe latter days of Job more than his beginning. And he had k14,000 sheep, 6,000 camels, 1,000 yoke of oxen, and 1,000 female donkeys.

Jeremiah 52:31-34

Jehoiachin Released from Prison

31 lAnd in the thirty-seventh year of the exile of Jehoiachin king of Judah, in the twelfth month, on the twenty-fifth day of the month, Evil-merodach king of Babylon, in the year that he began to reign, graciously freed
Hebrew  king, lifted up the head of
nJehoiachin king of Judah and brought him out of prison.
32And he spoke kindly to him and gave him a seat above the seats of othe kings who were with him in Babylon. 33So Jehoiachin put off his prison garments. And every day of his life he dined regularly at the king’s table, 34and for his allowance, a regular allowance was given him by the king, according to his daily needs, until the day of his death, as long as he lived.

James 5:11

11Behold, we consider those blessed who remained steadfast. You have heard of pthe steadfastness of Job, and you have seen qthe purpose of the Lord, how rthe Lord is compassionate and merciful.
