John 1:43-46

Jesus Calls Philip and Nathanael

43 aThe next day Jesus decided bto go to Galilee. He found Philip and said to him, Follow me.” 44Now cPhilip was from Bethsaida, the city of Andrew and Peter. 45Philip found dNathanael and said to him, “We have found him of whom eMoses in the Law and also the prophets wrote, Jesus fof Nazareth, gthe son of Joseph.” 46Nathanael said to him, hCan anything good come out of Nazareth?” Philip said to him, “Come and see.”

John 6:5-7

5 iLifting up his eyes, then, and seeing that a large crowd was coming toward him, Jesus said to jPhilip, Where are we to buy bread, so that these people may eat?” 6He said this to test him, for he himself knew what he would do. 7 kPhilip answered him, “Two hundred denarii
A  denarius was a day’s wage for a laborer
worth of bread would not be enough for each of them to get a little.”

John 12:21-22

21So these came to mPhilip, who was from Bethsaida in Galilee, and asked him, “Sir, we wish to see Jesus.” 22Philip went and told nAndrew; Andrew and Philip went and told Jesus.

John 14:8-9

8 oPhilip said to him, “Lord, pshow us the Father, and it is enough for us.” 9Jesus said to him, “Have I been with you so long, and you still do not know me, Philip? qWhoever has seen me has seen the Father. How can you say, ‘Show us the Father’?
