Romans 11:11-15

Gentiles Grafted In

11So I ask, did they stumble in order that they might fall? By no means! Rather, through their trespass nsalvation has come to the Gentiles, so as to make Israel jealous. 12Now if their trespass means riches for the world, and if their failure means riches for the Gentiles, how much more will their full inclusion
Greek  their fullness
mean!

13Now I am speaking to you Gentiles. Inasmuch then as pI am an apostle to the Gentiles, I magnify my ministry 14in order somehow to make my fellow Jews jealous, and qthus save some of them. 15For if their rejection means rthe reconciliation of the world, what will their acceptance mean but life from the dead?

Romans 15:9-12

9and in order sthat the Gentiles might glorify God for his mercy. As it is written,

tTherefore I will praise you among the Gentiles,
and sing to your name.”
10And again it is said,

uRejoice, O Gentiles, with his people.”
11And again,

vPraise the Lord, all you Gentiles,
and let all the peoples extol him.”
12And again Isaiah says,

w, x“The root of Jesse will come,
even he who arises to rule the Gentiles;
yin him will the Gentiles hope.”
