John 15:4-7
4 aAbide bin me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit by itself, unless it abides in the vine, neither can you, unless you abide in me. 5I am the vine; cyou are the branches. Whoever abides in me and I in him, he it is that dbears much fruit, for apart from me you can do nothing. 6If anyone does not abide in me ehe is thrown away like a branch and withers; fand the branches are gathered, thrown into the fire, and burned. 7If gyou abide in me, and my words abide in you, hask whatever you wish, and it will be done for you.1 John 2:28
Children of God
28And now, little children, abide in him, so that iwhen he appears jwe may have confidence and not shrink from him in shame at his kcoming.
