John 17:21

21 athat they may all be one, just as you, Father, are in me, and I in you, that bthey also may be in cus, so that the world dmay believe that you have sent me.

Acts 4:32

They Had Everything in Common

32Now the full number of those who believed were of eone heart and fsoul, and no one said that any of the things that belonged to him was his own, but gthey had everything in common.

Romans 12:4-5

4For has in one body we have many members,
Greek parts; also verse 5
and the members do not all have the same function,
5so we, jthough many, kare one body in Christ, and individually lmembers one of another.

1 Corinthians 1:10

Divisions in the Church

10I appeal to you, brothers,
Or  brothers and sisters. The plural Greek word adelphoi (translated “brothers”) refers to siblings in a family. In New Testament usage, depending on the context, adelphoi may refer either to men or to both men and women who are siblings (brothers and sisters) in God’s family, the church; also verses 11, 26
by the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that all of you agree, and that there be no ndivisions among you, but that you be united oin the same mind and the same judgment.

1 Corinthians 10:16-17

16 pThe cup of blessing that we bless, is it not a participation in the blood of Christ? qThe bread that we break, is it not a participation in the body of Christ? 17Because there is one bread, we who are many are rone body, for we all partake of the one bread.

1 Corinthians 12:12-27

One Body with Many Members

12For just as sthe body is one and has many members, and all the members of the body, though many, are one body, tso it is with Christ. 13For uin one Spirit we were all baptized into one bodyvJews or Greeks, slaves
Or servants; Greek bondservants
or freeand xall were made to drink of one Spirit.

14For the body does not consist of one member but of many. 15If the foot should say, “Because I am not a hand, I do not belong to the body,” that would not make it any less a part of the body. 16And if the ear should say, “Because I am not an eye, I do not belong to the body,” that would not make it any less a part of the body. 17If the whole body were an eye, where would be the sense of hearing? If the whole body were an ear, where would be the sense of smell? 18But as it is, yGod arranged the members in the body, each one of them, zas he chose. 19If all were a single member, where would the body be? 20As it is, there are many parts,
Or members; also verse 22
yet one body.

21The eye cannot say to the hand, “I have no need of you,” nor again the head to the feet, “I have no need of you.” 22On the contrary, the parts of the body that seem to be weaker are indispensable, 23and on those parts of the body that we think less honorable we bestow the greater honor, and our unpresentable parts are treated with greater modesty, 24which our more presentable parts do not require. But God has so composed the body, giving greater honor to the part that lacked it, 25that there may be no division in the body, but that the members may have the same care for one another. 26If one member suffers, all suffer together; if one member is honored, aball rejoice together.

27Now acyou are the body of Christ and individually admembers of it.
