22 When he had said these things, one of the officers standing by struck Jesus with his hand, saying, ^a“Is that how you answer the high priest?”

2 And the high priest ^bAnanias commanded those who stood by him ^cto strike him on the mouth.

20 For you bear it if someone ^dmakes slaves of you, or ^edevours you, or takes advantage of you, or puts on airs, or ^fstrikes you in the face.
