John 3:12-13

12If I have told you earthly things and you do not believe, how can you believe if I tell you heavenly things? 13 aNo one has bascended into heaven except che who descended from heaven, the Son of Man.

John 6:33

33For the bread of God is ehe who comes down from heaven and gives life to the world.”

John 6:38

38For fI have come down from heaven, not to do gmy own will but hthe will of him iwho sent me.

John 6:50-51

50 jThis is the bread that comes down from heaven, so that one may eat of it kand not die. 51I am the living bread lthat came down from heaven. If anyone eats of this bread, he will live forever. And the bread that I will give mfor the life of the world is nmy flesh.”

John 6:58

58 oThis is the bread that came down from heaven, not like the bread
Greek lacks  the bread
the fathers ate, and died. Whoever feeds on this bread will live forever.”

Ephesians 4:8-10

8Therefore it says,

q“When he ascended on high rhe led a host of captives,
and he gave gifts to men.”
The Greek word anthropoi can refer to both men and women

9( tIn saying, “He ascended,” what does it mean but that he had also descended into uthe lower regions, the earth?
Or  the lower parts of the earth?
10He who descended is the one who also wascended xfar above all the heavens, that he might yfill all things.)

Hebrews 1:3
