John 3:19-20

19 ^aAnd this is the judgment: ^bthe light has come into the world, and ^cpeople loved the darkness rather than the light because ^dtheir works were evil. 20 ^eFor everyone who does wicked things hates the light and does not come to the light, ^flest his works should be exposed.

John 7:7

7 The world cannot hate you, but ^git hates me because I testify about it that ^hits works are evil.
