John 4:1-3

Jesus and the Woman of Samaria

1 Now when Jesus learned that the Pharisees had heard that Jesus was making and ^abaptizing more disciples than John 2 (although Jesus himself did not baptize, but only his disciples), 3 he left Judea and departed ^bagain for Galilee.

John 7:1

Jesus at the Feast of Booths

1 After this Jesus went about in Galilee. He would not go about in Judea, because ^cthe Jews ^{▼▼Or Judeans; Greek Ioudaioi probably refers here to Jewish religious leaders, and others under their influence, in that time} were seeking to kill him.
