John 8:25-29

25So they said to him, a“Who are you?” Jesus said to them, “Just what I have been telling you from the beginning. 26I have much to say about you and much to judge, but bhe who sent me is true, and I declare cto the world dwhat I have heard from him.” 27They did not understand that ehe had been speaking to them about the Father. 28So Jesus said to them, “When you have flifted up the Son of Man, gthen you will know that hI am he, and that iI do nothing on my own authority, but jspeak just as the Father taught me. 29And khe who sent me is with me. lHe has not left me alone, for mI always do the things that are pleasing to him.”
