Joshua 2:9-11

9 and said to the men, “I know that the Lord has given you the land, ^aand that the fear of you has fallen upon us, and that all the inhabitants of the land ^bmelt away before you. 10 For we have heard how the Lord ^cdried up the water of the Red Sea before you when you came out of Egypt, and ^dwhat you did to the two kings of the Amorites who were beyond the Jordan, to ^eSihon and Og, whom you devoted to destruction. ^{▼▼That is, set apart ( devoted) as an offering to the Lord (for destruction)} 11 And ^gas soon as we heard it, ^hour hearts melted, and there was no spirit left in any man because of you, for ⁱthe Lord your God, he is God in the heavens above and on the earth beneath.

Joshua 9:9-10

9 They said to him, ^j“From a very distant country your servants have come, because of the name of the Lord your God. ^kFor we have heard a report of him, and all that he did in Egypt, 10 ^land all that he did to the two kings of the Amorites who were beyond the Jordan, to Sihon the king of Heshbon, and to Og king of Bashan, who lived in ^mAshtaroth.

Psalms 22:22-23

22 ⁿI will tell of your name to my ^obrothers;
in the midst of the congregation I will praise you:
23 You who ^pfear the Lord, praise him!
All you offspring of Jacob, ^qglorify him,
and stand in awe of him, all you offspring of Israel!

and turn to the Lord,

that he has done it.
