Joshua 3:13-15

13And awhen the soles of the feet of the priests bearing the ark of the Lord, bthe Lord of all the earth, shall rest in the waters of the Jordan, the waters of the Jordan shall be cut off from flowing, and the waters coming down from above shall cstand in one heap.”

14So when the people set out from their tents to pass over the Jordan with the priests bearing dthe ark of the covenant before the people, 15and as soon as those bearing the ark had come as far as the Jordan, and ethe feet of the priests bearing the ark were dipped in the brink of the water (now fthe Jordan overflows all its banks gthroughout the time of harvest),

Psalms 74:15

15You hsplit open springs and brooks;
you idried up ever-flowing streams.

Isaiah 19:5-10

5 And the waters of the sea will be dried up,
and the river will be dry and parched,
6and its canals will become foul,
and the branches of Egypt’s Nile will diminish and dry up,
reeds and rushes will rot away.
7There will be bare places by the Nile,
on the brink of the Nile,
and all that is sown by the Nile will be parched,
will be driven away, and will be no more.
8The jfishermen will mourn and lament,
all who cast a hook in the Nile;
and they will languish
who spread nets on the water.
9The workers in kcombed flax will be in despair,
and the weavers of white cotton.
10Those who are the lpillars of the land will be crushed,
and all who mwork for pay will be grieved.

Isaiah 44:27

27 nwho says to the deep, ‘Be dry;
I will dry up your rivers’;

Ezekiel 30:12

12And oI will pdry up the Nile
and will sell the land into the hand of qevildoers;
rI will bring desolation upon the land and everything in it,
by the hand of sforeigners;
tI am the Lord; I have spoken.
