Joshua 7:24

24And Joshua and all Israel with him took Achan the son of Zerah, and the silver and the cloak and the bar of gold, and his sons and daughters and his oxen and donkeys and sheep and his tent and all that he had. And they brought them up to the aValley of Achor.

Joshua 7:26

26And they raised over him ba great heap of stones that remains to this day. Then cthe Lord turned from his burning anger. Therefore, to this day the name of that place is called the Valley of Achor.
 Achor means trouble


Isaiah 65:10

10 eSharon shall become a pasture for flocks,
and fthe Valley of Achor a place for herds to lie down,
for my people gwho have sought me.

Hebrews 6:18-20

18so that by two unchangeable things, in which hit is impossible for God to lie, we who have fled for refuge might have strong encouragement to hold fast to the hope iset before us. 19We have this as a sure and steadfast anchor of the soul, a hope that enters into jthe inner place behind the curtain, 20where Jesus has gone kas a forerunner on our behalf, lhaving become a high priest forever after the order of Melchizedek.
