25 And now, behold, we are in your hand. Whatever seems good and right in your sight to do to us, do it.”

18 So Samuel told him everything and hid nothing from him. And he said, ^a“It is the Lord. Let him do what seems good to him.”

12 ^bBe of good courage, and ^clet us be courageous for our people, and for the cities of our God, and ^dmay the Lord do what seems good to him.”

26 But if he says, ‘I have no ^epleasure in you,’ behold, here I am, ^flet him do to me what seems good to him.”

4 ^gThen I said, ‘I am driven away
from your sight;
^hyet I shall again look
upon your holy temple.’

9 ⁱWho knows? God may turn and relent ^jand turn from his fierce anger, so that we may not perish.”
