24 And the woman bore a son and called his name Samson. ^aAnd the young man grew, and the Lord blessed him.

21 ^bIndeed the Lord visited Hannah, and she conceived and bore three sons and two daughters. ^cAnd the boy Samuel grew in the presence of the Lord.

80 ^dAnd the child grew and became strong in spirit, and he was ^ein the wilderness until the day of his public appearance to Israel.
