Judges 6:14-15

14And the Lord
Septuagint  the angel of the Lord; also verse 16
turned to him and said, “Go in this might of yours and save Israel from the hand of Midian; bdo not I send you?”
15And he said to him, cPlease, Lord, how can I save Israel? Behold, dmy clan is the weakest in Manasseh, and I am the least in my father’s house.”

1 Samuel 10:27

27But some eworthless fellows said, “How can this man save us?” And they despised him and brought him no present. But he held his peace.

17And Samuel said, fThough you are little in your own eyes, are you not the head of the tribes of Israel? The Lord anointed you king over Israel.
