Judges 8:20

20So he said to Jether his firstborn, “Rise and kill them!” But the young man did not draw his sword, for he was afraid, because he was still a young man.

1 Samuel 22:17-18

17And the king said to athe guard who stood about him, “Turn and kill the priests of the Lord, because their hand also is with David, and they knew that he fled and did not disclose it to me.” But the servants of the king would not put out their hand to strike the priests of the Lord. 18Then the king said to Doeg, “You turn and strike the priests.” And Doeg the Edomite turned and struck down the priests, band he killed on that day eighty-five persons who wore the linen ephod.

2 Samuel 4:10-12

10 cwhen one told me, ‘Behold, Saul is dead,’ and thought he was bringing good news, dI seized him and killed him at Ziklag, which was the reward I gave him for his news. 11How much more, when wicked men have killed a righteous man in his own house on his bed, shall I not now erequire his blood at your hand and destroy you from the earth?” 12And David commanded his young men, and they killed them and cut off their hands and feet and hanged them beside the pool at Hebron. But they took the head of Ish-bosheth and buried it fin the tomb of Abner at Hebron.

1 Kings 2:25

25So King Solomon sent gBenaiah the son of Jehoiada, and he struck him down, and he died.

1 Kings 2:34

34Then Benaiah the son of Jehoiada went up and struck him down and put him to death. And he was buried in his own house in the wilderness.

1 Kings 2:46

46Then the king commanded Benaiah the son of Jehoiada, and he went out and struck him down, and he died.

hSo the kingdom was established in the hand of Solomon.
