16“Now therefore, if you acted in good faith and integrity when you made Abimelech king, and if you have dealt well with aJerubbaal and his house and have done to him bas his deeds deserved—Isaiah 33:1
O Lord, Be Gracious to Us
1 cAh, you destroyer,who yourself have not been destroyed,
you traitor,
whom none has betrayed!
When you have ceased to destroy,
you will be destroyed;
and when you have finished betraying,
they will betray you.
