23 aAnd God sent an evil spirit between Abimelech and the leaders of Shechem, and the leaders of Shechem bdealt treacherously with Abimelech,1 Samuel 18:10
10The next day ca harmful spirit from God rushed upon Saul, and dhe raved within his house while David was eplaying the lyre, as he did day by day. fSaul had his spear in his hand.1 Samuel 19:9-10
9 gThen a harmful spirit from the Lord came upon Saul, as he sat in his house with his spear in his hand. hAnd David was playing the lyre. 10 iAnd Saul sought to pin David to the wall with the spear, but he eluded Saul, so that he struck the spear into the wall. And David fled and escaped that night.1 Kings 22:22
22And the Lord said to him, ‘By what means?’ And he said, ‘I will go out, and will be ja lying spirit in the mouth of all his prophets.’ And he said, ‘You are to entice him, and you shall succeed; go out and do so.’Acts 19:15-16
15But the evil spirit answered them, k“Jesus I know, and Paul I recognize, but who are you?” 16And the man in whom was the evil spirit leaped on them, mastered all ▼▼Or both
of them and overpowered them, so that they fled out of that house naked and wounded.
