12 “Is it nothing to you, all ayou who pass by?
bLook and see
if there is any sorrow like my sorrow,
which was brought upon me,

on dthe day of his fierce anger.

13 What can I say for you, eto what compare you,
O daughter of Jerusalem?
fWhat can I liken to you, that I may comfort you,
O virgin daughter of Zion?
gFor your ruin is vast as the sea;
who can heal you?

than the punishment

The meaning of the Hebrew is uncertain

Daniel 9:12

12He has confirmed his words, which he spoke against us and against mour rulers who ruled us,
Or  our judges who judged us
by obringing upon us a great calamity. pFor under the whole heaven there has not been done anything like what has been done against Jerusalem.
