from the depths of the pit;

Ezekiel 26:20

20 then ^bI will make you go down with those who go down to the pit, to the people of old, and I will make you to dwell in the world below, among ruins from of old, ^cwith those who go down to the pit, so that you will not be inhabited; but I will set beauty ^din the land of the living.

Ezekiel 31:14

14 ^eAll this is in order that no trees by the waters may grow to towering height or set their tops among the clouds, and that no trees that drink water may reach up to them in height.
