Leviticus 10:2-3

2And fire acame out from before the Lord and consumed them, and they died before the Lord. 3Then Moses said to Aaron, “This is what the Lord has said: ‘Among bthose who are near me cI will be sanctified, and before all the people I will be glorified.’” dAnd Aaron held his peace.

Jeremiah 22:10

10 eWeep not for him who is dead,
nor grieve for him,
fbut weep bitterly for him who goes away,

Ezekiel 24:21-24

21Say to the house of Israel, Thus says the Lord God: jBehold, I will profane my sanctuary, the pride of your power, the delight of your eyes, and the yearning of your soul, and kyour sons and your daughters whom you left behind shall fall by the sword. 22And lyou shall do as I have done; myou shall not cover your lips, nnor eat the bread of men. 23 oYour turbans shall be on your heads and your shoes on your feet; you shall not mourn or weep, but pyou shall rot away in your iniquities and groan to one another. 24Thus shall Ezekiel be to you qa sign; raccording to all that he has done you shall do. When this comes, then syou will know that I am the Lord God.’

1 Thessalonians 4:13

The Coming of the Lord
