Leviticus 11:47

47 ato make a distinction between the unclean and the clean and between the living creature that may be eaten and the living creature that may not be eaten.

Leviticus 20:25-26

25 bYou shall therefore separate the clean beast from the unclean, and the unclean bird from the clean. You shall not make yourselves detestable by beast or by bird or by anything with which the ground crawls, which I have set apart for you to hold unclean. 26 cYou shall be holy to me, dfor I the Lord am holy and have separated you from the peoples, that you should be mine.

Jeremiah 15:19

19 Therefore thus says the Lord:
e“If you return, I will restore you,
and you shall fstand before me.
If you utter what is precious, and not what is worthless,
you shall be as my mouth.
They shall turn to you,
but you shall not turn to them.

Ezekiel 22:26

26 gHer priests hhave done violence to my law and ihave profaned my holy things. jThey have made no distinction between the holy and the common, neither have they taught the difference between the unclean and the clean, and kthey have disregarded my Sabbaths, lso that I am profaned among them.

Ezekiel 44:23

23 mThey shall teach my people the difference between the holy and the common, and nshow them how to distinguish between the unclean and the clean.

Titus 1:15

15 oTo the pure, all things are pure, but to the defiled and punbelieving, nothing is pure; but both qtheir minds and their consciences are defiled.

1 Peter 1:14-16
