Leviticus 14:4-7

4the priest shall command them to take for him who is to be cleansed two live
Or wild
clean birds and bcedarwood and cscarlet yarn and dhyssop.
5And the priest shall command them to kill one of the birds in an earthenware vessel over fresh
Or running; Hebrew living; also verses 6, 50, 51, 52
water.
6He shall take the live bird with the cedarwood and the scarlet yarn and the hyssop, and dip them and the live bird in the blood of the bird that was killed over the fresh water. 7And he shall fsprinkle it gseven times on him who is to be cleansed of the leprous disease. Then he shall pronounce him clean and shall hlet the living bird go iinto the open field.

Leviticus 14:49-52

49And for the jcleansing of the house he shall take ktwo small birds, with cedarwood and scarlet yarn and hyssop, 50and shall kill one of the birds in an earthenware vessel over fresh water 51and shall take the cedarwood and the hyssop and the scarlet yarn, along with the live bird, and dip them in the blood of the bird that was killed and in the fresh water and sprinkle the house seven times. 52Thus he shall cleanse the house with the blood of the bird and with the fresh water and with the live bird and with the cedarwood and hyssop and scarlet yarn.

Numbers 19:18-20

18Then a clean person shall take lhyssop and dip it in the water and sprinkle it on the tent and on all the furnishings and on the persons who were there and on whoever touched the bone, or the slain or the dead or the grave. 19And the clean person shall sprinkle it on the unclean mon the third day and on the seventh day. nThus on the seventh day he shall cleanse him, and he shall owash his clothes and bathe himself in water, and at evening he shall be clean.

20“If the man who is unclean does not cleanse himself, pthat person shall be cut off from the midst of the assembly, since he has defiled the sanctuary of the Lord. Because the water for impurity has not been thrown on him, he is unclean.

Hebrews 9:19

19For when every commandment of the law had been declared by Moses to all the people, he took qthe blood of calves and goats, rwith water and scarlet wool and hyssop, and sprinkled both the book itself and all the people,
