Leviticus 14:4-7

4the priest shall command them to take for him who is to be cleansed two live
Or wild
clean birds and bcedarwood and cscarlet yarn and dhyssop.
5And the priest shall command them to kill one of the birds in an earthenware vessel over fresh
Or running; Hebrew living; also verses 6, 50, 51, 52
water.
6He shall take the live bird with the cedarwood and the scarlet yarn and the hyssop, and dip them and the live bird in the blood of the bird that was killed over the fresh water. 7And he shall fsprinkle it gseven times on him who is to be cleansed of the leprous disease. Then he shall pronounce him clean and shall hlet the living bird go iinto the open field.

Numbers 19:6

6And the priest shall take jcedarwood and hyssop and scarlet yarn, and throw them into the fire burning the heifer.

Numbers 19:9

9And a man who is clean shall gather up kthe ashes of the heifer and deposit them outside the camp in a lclean place. And they shall be kept for the water for mimpurity for the congregation of the people of Israel; it is a sin offering.

1 Kings 4:33

33He spoke of trees, from the cedar that is in Lebanon to the hyssop that grows out of the wall. He spoke also of beasts, and of birds, and of reptiles, and of fish.
