Leviticus 16:15

15 a“Then he shall kill the goat of the sin offering that is for the people and bring its blood binside the veil and do with its blood as he did with the blood of the bull, sprinkling it over the mercy seat and in front of the mercy seat.

Leviticus 16:21

21And Aaron shall lay both his hands on the head of the live goat, and confess over it all the iniquities of the people of Israel, and all their transgressions, all their sins. And he shall cput them on the head of the goat and send it away into the wilderness by the hand of a man who is in readiness.

2 Chronicles 29:21-24

21And they brought seven bulls, seven rams, seven lambs, and seven male goats dfor a sin offering for the kingdom and for the sanctuary and for Judah. And he commanded the priests, the sons of Aaron, to offer them on the altar of the Lord. 22So they slaughtered the bulls, and the priests received the blood eand threw it against the altar. And they slaughtered the rams, and their blood was thrown against the altar. And they slaughtered the lambs, and their blood was thrown against the altar. 23Then the goats for the sin offering were brought to the king and the assembly, fand they laid their hands on them, 24and the priests slaughtered them and made a sin offering with their blood on the altar, gto make atonement for all Israel. For the king commanded that the burnt offering and the sin offering should be made for all Israel.

Ezra 8:35

35At that time hthose who had come from captivity, the returned exiles, offered burnt offerings to the God of Israel, itwelve bulls for all Israel, ninety-six rams, seventy-seven lambs, and as a sin offering twelve male goats. All this was a burnt offering to the Lord.

Matthew 20:28
