Leviticus 16:21

21And Aaron shall lay both his hands on the head of the live goat, and confess over it all the iniquities of the people of Israel, and all their transgressions, all their sins. And he shall aput them on the head of the goat and send it away into the wilderness by the hand of a man who is in readiness.

Leviticus 26:40

40“But if bthey confess their iniquity and the iniquity of their fathers in their treachery that they ccommitted against me, and also in walking contrary to me,

Numbers 5:7

7 dhe shall confess his sin that he has committed.
Hebrew they shall confess their sin that they have committed
