Leviticus 17:2-5

2Speak to Aaron and his sons and to all the people of Israel and say to them, This is the thing that the Lord has commanded. 3If any one of the house of Israel akills an ox or a lamb or a goat in the camp, or kills it outside the camp, 4and bdoes not bring it to the entrance of the tent of meeting to offer it as a gift to the Lord in front of the tabernacle of the Lord, bloodguilt shall be imputed to that man. He has shed blood, and that man cshall be cut off from among his people. 5This is to the end that the people of Israel may bring their sacrifices that they sacrifice din the open field, that they may bring them to the Lord, to the priest at the entrance of the tent of meeting, and sacrifice them eas sacrifices of peace offerings to the Lord.

Deuteronomy 12:6

6and there you shall bring your burnt offerings and your sacrifices, fyour tithes and the contribution that you present, your vow offerings, your freewill offerings, and the gfirstborn of your herd and of your flock.

1 Kings 12:28-32

28So the king took counsel and hmade two calves of gold. And he said to the people, “You have gone up to Jerusalem long enough. iBehold your gods, O Israel, who brought you up out of the land of Egypt.” 29And he set one in Bethel, and the other he put in Dan. 30Then jthis thing became a sin, for the people went as far as Dan to be before one.
Septuagint  went to the one at Bethel and to the other as far as Dan
31He also made ltemples on high places and mappointed priests from among all the people, who were not of the Levites. 32And Jeroboam appointed a feast on the fifteenth day of the eighth month like nthe feast that was in Judah, and he offered sacrifices on the altar. So he did in Bethel, sacrificing to the calves that he made. And he placed in Bethel othe priests of the high places that he had made.

1 Kings 15:34

34He did what was evil in the sight of the Lord pand walked in the way of Jeroboam and in his sin which he made Israel to sin.

2 Chronicles 15:17

17 qBut the high places were not taken out of Israel. Nevertheless, the heart of Asa was wholly true all his days.
