Leviticus 17:3-6

3If any one of the house of Israel akills an ox or a lamb or a goat in the camp, or kills it outside the camp, 4and bdoes not bring it to the entrance of the tent of meeting to offer it as a gift to the Lord in front of the tabernacle of the Lord, bloodguilt shall be imputed to that man. He has shed blood, and that man cshall be cut off from among his people. 5This is to the end that the people of Israel may bring their sacrifices that they sacrifice din the open field, that they may bring them to the Lord, to the priest at the entrance of the tent of meeting, and sacrifice them eas sacrifices of peace offerings to the Lord. 6And the priest shall fthrow the blood on the altar of the Lord at the entrance of the tent of meeting and burn the fat gfor a pleasing aroma to the Lord.

Leviticus 26:30

30And hI will destroy your high places and cut down your incense altars and icast your dead bodies upon the dead bodies of your idols, and my soul will abhor you.

Deuteronomy 12:2-5

2 jYou shall surely destroy all the places where the nations whom you shall dispossess served their gods, kon the high mountains and on the hills and under every green tree. 3You shall tear down their altars and dash in pieces ltheir pillars and burn their mAsherim with fire. You shall chop down the carved images of their gods and ndestroy their name out of that place. 4 oYou shall not worship the Lord your God in that way. 5But you shall seek pthe place that the Lord your God will choose out of all your tribes to put his name and make his habitation

1 Kings 22:43

43 rHe walked in all the way of Asa his father. He did not turn aside from it, doing what was right in the sight of the Lord. Yet sthe high places were not taken away, and the people still sacrificed and made offerings on the high places.

2 Chronicles 33:17

17 tNevertheless, the people still sacrificed at the high places, but only to the Lord their God.
