8“And you shall say to them, Any one of the house of Israel, or of the strangers who sojourn among them, who aoffers a burnt offering or sacrifice 9and bdoes not bring it to the entrance of the tent of meeting to offer it to the Lord, cthat man shall be cut off from his people.

Deuteronomy 12:5-7

5But you shall seek dthe place that the Lord your God will choose out of all your tribes to put his name and make his habitation
Or  name as its habitation
there. There you shall go,
6and there you shall bring your burnt offerings and your sacrifices, fyour tithes and the contribution that you present, your vow offerings, your freewill offerings, and the gfirstborn of your herd and of your flock. 7And hthere you shall eat before the Lord your God, and iyou shall rejoice, you and your households, in all that you undertake, in which the Lord your God has blessed you.

Deuteronomy 13:12-14

12If you hear in one of your cities, which the Lord your God is giving you to dwell there, 13that certain jworthless fellows have gone out among you and have drawn away the inhabitants of their city, saying, ‘Let us go and serve other gods,’ which you have not known, 14then you shall inquire and make search and ask kdiligently. And behold, if it be true and certain that such an abomination has been done among you,
