Leviticus 18:21

21You shall not give any of your children to aoffer them
Hebrew  to make them pass through [the fire]
to cMolech, and so dprofane the name of your God: I am the Lord.

Leviticus 20:2-5

2Say to the people of Israel, eAny one of the people of Israel or of the strangers who sojourn in Israel who gives any of his children to Molech shall surely be put to death. The people of the land shall stone him with stones. 3 fI myself will set my face against that man and will cut him off from among his people, because he has given one of his children to Molech, to make my sanctuary gunclean and hto profane my holy name. 4And if the people of the land do at all close their eyes to that man when he gives one of his children to Molech, and do not iput him to death, 5then I will set my face against that man and against his clan and will cut them off from among their people, him and all who follow him in jwhoring after Molech.

1 Kings 11:33

33because they have
Septuagint, Syriac, Vulgate he has; twice in this verse
forsaken me land worshiped Ashtoreth the goddess of the Sidonians, Chemosh the god of Moab, and Milcom the god of the Ammonites, and they have not walked in my ways, doing what is right in my sight and keeping my statutes and my rules, as David his father did.

2 Kings 23:12-13
