Leviticus 19:17-18

17 a“You shall not hate your brother in your heart, but byou shall reason frankly with your neighbor, lest you cincur sin because of him. 18 dYou shall not take vengeance or bear a grudge against the sons of your own people, but eyou shall love your neighbor as yourself: I am the Lord.

Proverbs 10:18

18The one who conceals hatred has lying lips,
