Leviticus 19:23-25

23When you come into the land and plant any kind of tree for food, then you shall regard its fruit as forbidden.
Hebrew  as its uncircumcision
Three years it shall be forbidden to you; it must not be eaten.
24And in the fourth year all its fruit shall be holy, an offering of praise to the Lord. 25But in the fifth year you may eat of its fruit, to increase its yield for you: I am the Lord your God.

Deuteronomy 20:6

6And is there any man who has planted a vineyard and has not benjoyed its fruit? Let him go back to his house, lest he die in the battle and another man enjoy its fruit.

Deuteronomy 28:30

30 cYou shall betroth a wife, but another man shall ravish her. dYou shall build a house, but you shall not dwell in it. eYou shall plant a vineyard, but you shall not enjoy its fruit.

1 Samuel 21:5

5And David answered the priest, “Truly women have been kept from us as always when I go on an expedition. The vessels of the young men are holy even when it is an ordinary journey. How much more today will their vessels be holy?”
