Laws for Grain Offerings

1 “When anyone brings a ^agrain offering as an offering to the Lord, his offering shall be of fine flour. ^bHe shall pour oil on it and put frankincense on it

Numbers 15:8-9

8 And when you offer a bull as a burnt offering or sacrifice, to ^cfulfill a vow or for ^dpeace offerings to the Lord, 9 then one shall offer ^ewith the bull a grain offering of three tenths of an ephah of fine flour, mixed with half a hin of oil.
