Leviticus 21:12-15

12 ^gHe shall not go out of the sanctuary, lest he ^hprofane the sanctuary of his God, for the ⁱconsecration of the anointing oil of his God is on him: I am the Lord. 13 And he shall take a wife in her virginity. ^{▼▼Or a young wife} 14 A widow, ^kor a divorced woman, or a woman who has been defiled, or a prostitute, these he shall not marry. Numbers 16:3

Isaiah 61:5-6

1 Peter 2:5-9

They stumble because they disobey the word, ^afas they were destined to do.

9 But you are ^aga chosen race, ^aha royal ^aipriesthood, ^aja holy nation, ^aka people for his own possession, that you may proclaim the excellencies of him who called you ^alout of darkness into ^amhis marvelous light.

Revelation of John 1:6
