Leviticus 22:21

21And when anyone aoffers a sacrifice of peace offerings to the Lord bto fulfill a vow or as a freewill offering from the herd or from the flock, to be accepted it must be perfect; there shall be no blemish in it.

Leviticus 22:23

23You may present a bull or a lamb that has a part ctoo long or too short for a freewill offering, but for a vow offering it cannot be accepted.

Deuteronomy 12:6

6and there you shall bring your burnt offerings and your sacrifices, dyour tithes and the contribution that you present, your vow offerings, your freewill offerings, and the efirstborn of your herd and of your flock.
