23You may present a bull or a lamb that has a part atoo long or too short for a freewill offering, but for a vow offering it cannot be accepted.

Leviticus 22:29

29And when you sacrifice a bsacrifice of thanksgiving to the Lord, you shall sacrifice it so that you may be accepted.

Ezekiel 46:12

12When the prince provides ea freewill offering, either a burnt offering or peace offerings as a freewill offering to the Lord, fthe gate facing east shall be opened for him. And he shall offer his burnt offering or his peace offerings gas he does on the Sabbath day. Then he shall go out, and after he has gone out the gate shall be shut.
