Leviticus 23:12-13

12And on the day when you awave the sheaf, you shall offer a bmale lamb a year old without blemish as a burnt offering to the Lord. 13 cAnd the grain offering with it shall be two tenths of an ephah
An  ephah was about 3/5 bushel or 22 liters
of fine flour mixed with oil, a food offering to the Lord with a pleasing aroma, eand the drink offering with it shall be of wine, a fourth of a hin.
A  hin was about 4 quarts or 3.5 liters

Numbers 28:27-31

27but offer a burnt offering, with a pleasing aroma to the Lord: gtwo bulls from the herd, one ram, seven male lambs a year old; 28also their grain offering of fine flour mixed with oil, three tenths of an ephah for each bull, two tenths for one ram, 29a tenth for each of the seven lambs; 30with hone male goat, to make atonement for you. 31Besides the regular burnt offering and its grain offering, you shall offer them and their drink offering. iSee that they are without blemish.

Malachi 1:13-14

13But you say, jWhat a weariness this is,’ and you snort at it, says the Lord of hosts. kYou bring what has been taken by violence or is lame or sick, and this you bring as your offering! Shall I accept that from your hand? says the Lord. 14Cursed be the cheat who has la male in his flock, and mvows it, and yet sacrifices to the Lord what is blemished. For nI am a great King, says the Lord of hosts, and my name owill be feared among the nations.
