Leviticus 24:14-16

14 ^a“Bring out of the camp the one who cursed, and let all who heard him ^blay their hands on his head, and let all the congregation stone him. 15 And speak to the people of Israel, saying, Whoever curses his God shall ^cbear his sin. 16 Whoever ^dblasphemes the name of the Lord shall surely be put to death. All the congregation shall stone him. The sojourner as well as the native, when he blasphemes the Name, shall be put to death.

John 10:23-26

23 and Jesus was walking in the temple, ^ein the colonnade of Solomon. 24 So the Jews gathered around him and said to him, “How long will you keep us in suspense? If you are ^fthe Christ, ^gtell us plainly.” 25 Jesus answered them, “I told you, and you do not believe. ^hThe works that I do ⁱin my Father’s name bear witness about me, 26 but ^jyou do not believe because you are not among my sheep.
