23 “And ^aif by this discipline you are not turned to me ^bbut walk contrary to me, 24 ^cthen I also will walk contrary to you, and I myself will strike you sevenfold for your sins. 25 And ^dI will bring a sword upon you, that shall execute vengeance for the covenant. And if you gather within your cities, ^eI will send pestilence among you, and you shall be delivered into the hand of the enemy.

Deuteronomy 28:40

40 You shall have olive trees throughout all your territory, but you ^fshall not anoint yourself with the oil, for your olives shall drop off.
