39And those of you who are left shall arot away in your enemies’ lands because of their iniquity, and also because of the iniquities of their fathers they shall rot away like them.40“But if bthey confess their iniquity and the iniquity of their fathers in their treachery that they ccommitted against me, and also in walking contrary to me, 41so that I walked contrary to them and brought them into the land of their enemies—if then their duncircumcised heart is ehumbled and they make amends for their iniquity,
Nehemiah 1:8-10
8Remember the word that you commanded your servant Moses, saying, ‘If you are unfaithful, fI will scatter you among the peoples, 9 gbut if you return to me and keep my commandments and do them, hthough your outcasts are in the uttermost parts of heaven, from there I will gather them and bring them ito the place that I have chosen, to make my name dwell there.’ 10 jThey are your servants and your people, whom you have redeemed by your great power and by your strong hand.Ezekiel 6:9
