Leviticus 27:2-3

2Speak to the people of Israel and say to them, If anyone amakes a special vow to the Lord involving the valuation of persons, 3then the valuation of a male from twenty years old up to sixty years old shall be fifty shekels
A  shekel was about 2/5 ounce or 11 grams
of silver, according to the cshekel of the sanctuary.

Leviticus 27:28-29

28But dno devoted thing that a man devotes to the Lord, of anything that he has, whether man or beast, or of his inherited field, shall be sold or redeemed; every devoted thing is most holy to the Lord. 29 eNo one devoted, who is to be devoted for destruction
That is, set apart ( devoted) as an offering to the Lord (for destruction)
from mankind, shall be ransomed; he shall surely be put to death.

1 Samuel 1:11

11And she gvowed a vow and said, “O Lord of hosts, if you will indeed hlook on the affliction of your servant and iremember me and not forget your servant, but will give to your servant a son, then I will give him to the Lord all the days of his life, jand no razor shall touch his head.”

1 Samuel 1:28

28Therefore I have lent him to the Lord. As long as he lives, he is lent to the Lord.”

kAnd he worshiped the Lord there.

Saul’s Rash Vow

24And the men of Israel had been hard pressed that day, nso Saul had laid an oath on the people, saying, “Cursed be the man who eats food until it is evening and I am avenged on my enemies.” So none of the people had tasted food.
