Leviticus 27:28-29

28 “But ^ano devoted thing that a man devotes to the Lord, of anything that he has, whether man or beast, or of his inherited field, shall be sold or redeemed; every devoted thing is most holy to the Lord. 29 ^bNo one devoted, who is to be devoted for destruction ^{▼▼That is, set apart ( devoted) as an offering to the Lord (for destruction)} from mankind, shall be ransomed; he shall surely be put to death.

Deuteronomy 12:31

31 ^dYou shall not worship the Lord your God in that way, for every ^eabominable thing that the Lord hates they have done for their gods, for ^fthey even burn their sons and their daughters in the fire to their gods.

Judges 11:31
