Leviticus 27:28-29

28 “But ^ano devoted thing that a man devotes to the Lord, of anything that he has, whether man or beast, or of his inherited field, shall be sold or redeemed; every devoted thing is most holy to the Lord. 29 ^bNo one devoted, who is to be devoted for destruction ^{▼▼That is, set apart ( devoted) as an offering to the Lord (for destruction)} from mankind, shall be ransomed; he shall surely be put to death.

Numbers 21:2

2 ^dAnd Israel vowed a vow to the Lord and said, “If you will indeed give this people into my hand, then I will devote their cities to destruction.” ^{▼▼That is, set apart ( devote) as an offering to the Lord (for destruction); also verse 3}

Deuteronomy 2:34

34 And we captured all his cities at that time and devoted to destruction ^{▼▼That is, set apart ( devoted) as an offering to the Lord (for destruction)} every ^gcity, men, women, and children. We left no survivors.

Deuteronomy 20:16-18

Joshua 11:14
