Leviticus 27:8

8And if someone is too poor to pay the valuation, then he shall be made to stand before the priest, and the priest shall value him; the priest shall value him according to what the vower can afford.

Deuteronomy 16:10

The Widow’s Offering

41 gAnd he sat down opposite hthe treasury and watched the people iputting money into the offering box. Many rich people put in large sums. 42And a poor widow came and put in two jsmall copper coins, which make a penny.
Greek  two lepta, which make a kodrantes; a kodrantes (Latin quadrans) was a Roman copper coin worth about 1/64 of a denarius (which was a day’s wage for a laborer)
43And he called his disciples to him and said to them, Truly, I say to you, lthis poor widow has put in more than all those who are contributing to the offering box. 44For they all contributed out of their abundance, but she out of her mpoverty has put in everything she had, all nshe had to live on.”

2 Corinthians 8:12

12For if the readiness is there, it is acceptable oaccording to what a person has, not according to what he does not have.

The Cheerful Giver

6The point is this: pwhoever sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and whoever sows bountifully

7Each one must give as he has decided in his heart, rnot reluctantly or under compulsion, for sGod loves a cheerful giver.
