2Speak to the people of Israel, saying, aIf anyone sins unintentionally
Or by mistake; so throughout Leviticus
in any of the Lord’s commandments cabout things not to be done, and does any one of them,

Leviticus 5:15

15 d“If anyone commits a breach of faith and sins unintentionally in any of the holy things of the Lord, ehe shall bring to the Lord as his compensation, a ram without blemish out of the flock, valued
Or  flock, or its equivalent
in silver shekels,
A  shekel was about 2/5 ounce or 11 grams
according to the hshekel of the sanctuary, for a guilt offering.

Leviticus 5:17

17 iIf anyone sins, doing any of the things that by the Lord’s commandments ought not to be done, jthough he did not know it, then realizes his guilt, he shall bear his iniquity.

Ezekiel 18:4

4Behold, all souls are mine; the soul of the father as well as the soul of the son is mine: kthe soul who sins shall die.

Ezekiel 18:20

20 lThe soul who sins shall die. mThe son shall not suffer for the iniquity of the father, nor the father suffer for the iniquity of the son. nThe righteousness of the righteous shall be upon himself, oand the wickedness of the wicked shall be upon himself.
