Leviticus 5:1

1“If anyone sins in that he hears a public aadjuration to testify, and though he is a witness, whether he has seen or come to know the matter, yet does not speak, he shall bbear his iniquity;

Psalms 38:4

Ezekiel 18:20

1 Peter 2:24

21For nit would have been better for them never to have known the way of righteousness than after knowing it to turn back from othe holy commandment delivered to them.
